1. Introduction

Welcome to ar789. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ar789 ("ar789", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://ar789.org and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the ar789 Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ar789 Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside the ar789 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other communication from ar789, these Terms shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ar789 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ar789 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction on all real-money gaming activity. No person under the age of 21 may register, deposit, wager, or receive any winnings on the ar789 Platform under any circumstances.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law and where such participation would be unlawful.
• You are accessing the Platform in your personal capacity and not as an agent, representative, or trustee acting on behalf of any third party.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from the ar789 Platform or had your account suspended or terminated for a material breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind, are not acting under the influence of substances impairing your judgment, and are making a free and informed decision to participate in real-money gaming.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active ar789 account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ar789 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ar789 reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the ar789 registration process and must keep that information current throughout your use of the Platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and contact details. The submission of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and the forfeiture of any balance held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ar789 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ar789 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify ar789 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ar789 is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct identity verification checks on all players. You agree to provide, upon request, certified copies of valid Pakistani identity documentation (such as CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by ar789 may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ar789 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. ar789 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.2 Minimum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on ar789 is PKR 500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be returned to the originating payment method, subject to applicable processing fees charged by your payment provider. ar789 does not charge any fees on standard PKR deposits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

ar789 aims to process all approved PKR withdrawal requests within three to seven minutes of approval for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one to three business hours for bank transfer requests to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and SadaPay. Processing times may be extended where additional KYC verification is required or where a withdrawal triggers our internal fraud review procedures. ar789 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. ar789 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Players who have claimed bonus funds must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings will be approved.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the ar789 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified at the time of deposit. ar789 bears no responsibility for any currency conversion costs or exchange rate losses incurred when a player's bank or payment provider applies a conversion before or after a PKR transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ar789 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. In addition, the following general bonus terms apply to all ar789 promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet wagering requirements before they can be transferred to the main withdrawable balance.
• The standard wagering requirement on ar789 welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within this period will be automatically forfeited.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.
• ar789 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the bonus system, using prohibited betting strategies, or acting in collusion with other players.

5.2 One Bonus Per Player

Each welcome bonus or sign-up promotion is available to one player per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Players who attempt to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the creation of duplicate accounts — will have the bonus voided and their accounts reviewed for breach of the single-account policy.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports betting activity conducted on the ar789 Platform, including cricket, PSL, HBL Super League, UFC, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered:

• Bet Acceptance: ar789 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not confirmed until ar789 displays an explicit acceptance confirmation and a unique bet reference number.
• Minimum/Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of placing a wager. ar789 may adjust individual player limits based on betting history and risk assessment.
• Obvious Errors: Where odds are published due to a manifest technical error or pricing mistake, ar789 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous odds and either settle at the correct odds or refund stakes at its discretion.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and may be suspended at any time. ar789 is not liable for delays between a live event and the in-play market update on the Platform.
• Cricket & PSL Markets: All cricket betting markets — including PSL match betting, top batsman, highest opening partnership, and man of the match — are governed by the specific market rules published in the ar789 sportsbook help section.
• Result Disputes: In the event of a result dispute, the official result issued by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition shall be deemed final for settlement purposes on ar789.

7. Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the ar789 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, fishing games, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and all other titles — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams from licensed studio providers. The following rules apply:

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ar789 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from a known exploit will be voided.

• Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback with your payment provider for a deposit made in good faith to ar789 constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to access another player's ar789 account without authorisation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ar789 Platform — including but not limited to the ar789 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ar789 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ar789 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ar789 content without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy & Data

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, ar789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ar789 Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated winnings from gaming activity.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to a player's failure to secure their credentials.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform that contains typographical errors.

ar789's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits ar789's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Account Termination

ar789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where ar789 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or poses a risk of financial crime, fraud, or regulatory non-compliance. Upon termination for cause, ar789 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed by ar789 without cause, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting ar789 support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance subject to completed KYC verification will be returned to the player's registered PKR payment method.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your ar789 account or gaming activity, you must first contact ar789 customer support via the on-site live chat. ar789 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within five (5) business days.

If you are not satisfied with ar789's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body under whose jurisdiction ar789's gaming licence is issued. Details of the applicable regulatory body and escalation procedure will be provided upon request by ar789 support.

All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

15. Amendments

ar789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, ar789 will provide reasonable advance notice to all registered players via email or on-site notification. Continued use of the ar789 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 16. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ar789 holds its primary gaming licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in your country of residence.
